The Highland Games are a traditional Scottish sport/ competition. In the United States it consists of nine events including: stone put (Braemar and open stone), Scottish hammer throw (heavy and light), weights for distance (heavy and light), caber toss, weight over bar and the sheaf toss. I offer group training on Saturdays as well as one-on-one skill sessions by appointment during the throwing season - March thru October.
